The Medford Township Fire Department welcomed the community to its Firehouse Lane station for Fire Prevention Night on Oct. 11.
Firefighters from departments throughout Burlington County stopped by to give families an extra dose of advice in fire safety with live demonstrations of how to escape a smoke-filled room and how firefighter rappel into a building, among others.
The Medford Police Department and EMS also stopped by, allowing kids and families to check out their vehicles and hear from all who serve in the township.
