Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice offering free Wills and Estate Planning workshop

Workshop to take place on Thursday, Sept. 26.

More than 50 percent of people do not have a will or estate planning document, and when a New Jersey resident dies without a will, the State provides one for you. Learn the importance of outlining your wishes and financial goals at Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice’s free Wills and Estate Planning Workshop on Thursday, Sept. 26 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at The Samaritan Center at Voorhees located at 265 Route 73 South, Voorhees, N.J.

“It is critical for all of us to prepare for the unexpected and have affairs in order well before crisis strikes,” explains Mary Ann Boccolini, president and CEO of Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice. “The purpose of this workshop is to discuss the importance of wills and estate planning directly with a panel of professionals who have extensive experience in this field. Their combined knowledge and expert guidance will be invaluable to all who attend.”

This workshop is hosted by Samaritan’s Planned Giving Committee, which is comprised of some of the region’s leading financial advisors who volunteer their time and expertise to raise awareness about the importance of estate planning. It will feature a panel of tax and estate-planning attorneys who will offer valuable information and advice as well as answer any questions. Panelists include:

  • Melissa Osorio Dibble, Associate, Archer – A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Melissa joined Archer in 2011 and concentrates her practice in the area of estate and trust litigation in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a member of Samaritan’s Planned Giving Committee.
  • Sarah L. Cranston, Associate, Archer – A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Sarah joined Archer in 2019 and serves as an associate in the firm’s Estate and Trust Litigation Group, as well as the Estate and Trust Services Department Group. She focuses her practice on assisting families and individuals with their estate and trust planning and administration matters.
  • Tara Hagopian Zane, Partner, Archer – A graduate of Boston College Law School, Tara joined Archer in 2005 and serves a partner in the Estate and Trust Services Department and member of the firm’s Estate and Trust Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and estate and trust litigation.
