Donation event for childhood cancer research to be held tonight at American Legion Post 452

The event is tonight, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at American Legion Post 452, located at 141 North Main St.

Harrison Township is seeking to raise awareness for childhood cancer awareness month with a Celebrity Bartending and Open Mic Night!

All tips raised will go to St. Baldrick’s Foundation for childhood cancer research.

The event is tonight, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at American Legion Post 452, located at 141 North Main St.

Special guest includes 6ABC traffic and weather anchor Karen Rogers, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Members of the township government will also be attending, including Mayor Lou Manzo and Committeewoman Julie Delaurentis, as well as school district Superintendent Missy Peretti.

No tickets are required. It is a cash bar.
