Due to government shutdown, SNAP deadline is Tuesday

If you receive SNAP benefits – you don’t have a whole lot of time to get your signed packet into the the Gloucester County Division of Social Services.

Due to the federal government shutdown, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) users will be receiving their February benefits early. And the deadline is right around the corner.

As in tomorrow (Tuesday, Jan. 15).

From the Gloucester County Division of Social Services:

Attention: Gloucester County Food Stamp Customers

“If you are a February 1, 2019 SNAP (Food Stamp) recertification client and received a letter from Gloucester County Division of Social Services within the last 45 days requesting information and/or have not returned your signed packet, please return everything to the Gloucester County Division of Social Services, 400 Hollydell Drive, Sewell, NJ 08080 by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
