WTHS digital photography students place in Ocean County photography competition

Sophomore Claudia Godlweski won first place, and senior Liv Farina earned third place for their photos.

Washington Township High School sophomore Claudia Godlewski won first place for her photograph entitled “Stormy,” that she submitted in the Ocean County photography competition in the category of “photographer’s choice — color.”

Senior Liv Farina captured third place for her photo, “Still Life in Spoons,” in the category “photographer’s choice — monochrome.”

Both students are members of Kirsten Smith’s digital photography class. Their entries will be submitted to an upcoming national competition organized by the Photographic Society of America.
