Interested in seeing the huge hospital that has loomed over Voorhees Township for the past three years? Well then get over to the open-house on Sunday, May 1 as Virtua is opening the doors of the new hospital to township residents.
The community open house will be held on Sunday, May 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the new Virtua Voorhees Hospital located at 100 Bowman Drive, just off the intersection of Dutchtown Road and Route 73.
“The new Virtua hospital is unlike anything else in the region. Be among the first to see it before it officially opens on Sunday, May 22 at 7 a.m.,” representatives reported in a press release.
Visitors can take a tour of the facility, see the new private hospital rooms, and enjoy special prizes and complimentary refreshments. Bring a stuffed animal or a doll to donate to the new Teddy Bear Clinic at the hospital.
Also, visitors can compete in Wii Fitness events, a golf swing simulator, and special Zumba classes.
