Friends of the Burlington County Library to host Winter Books/Media Sale Feb. 21 to Feb. 24

The sale will offer thousands of hardbacks, paperbacks, children’s books, DVDs and CDs.

The Friends of the Burlington County Library’s Winter Books/Media Sale is set for Feb. 21 to Feb. 24 at the Burlington County Library in Westampton.

Once again, the Friends will offer thousands of gently used items for sale, including hardbacks, paperbacks, children’s books, DVDs and CDs.

The sale will run on the following days at the following times:

· Thursday, Feb. 21, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

· Friday, Feb. 22, from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

· Saturday, Feb. 23, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

· Sunday, Feb. 24, from 1 to 4 p.m.

Additionally, a preview sale will be offered to Friends members only on Thursday, Feb. 21, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Those interested can become a Friends member at the door for $15 per person, $20 per family, or $10 per senior or senior family.

During the February sale, shoppers will find a wide variety of books grouped by genre, most costing just 50 cents to $1 each.

In addition, there will music CDs for sale for just $1 each and DVD movies and audiobooks for just $2 each.

Shoppers can also purchase a Friends logo tote bag for $10 each, and as a bonus, each bag comes with a $2 discount toward all Friends’ sales.

Also, the first 300 shoppers to purchase items will receive a $1 coupon that may be used at any upcoming Friends sale, including the next one scheduled for May 30 to June 2.

All proceeds benefit Burlington County Library programming, such as the children’s summer reading program, the Sundays on Stage series and the museum pass program.

The Burlington County Library is located on Pioneer Boulevard off Woodlane Road in Westampton.
