The Gloucester Township Field of Dreams is an organized baseball league for special needs children and adults.
The event will take place Saturday, April 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The field is located at 247 Little Gloucester Road.
The field will enable children and adults with special needs to develop socialization skills and have fun by playing baseball at a field specifically designed for them.
Every child and adult, no matter his or her level of baseball talent can participate in the Gloucester Township Field of Dreams. The Gloucester Township Field of Dreams is made up of two divisions of varying ability and age.
All games are played on the Gloucester Township Field of Dreams located at 247 Little Gloucester Road in Valleybrook. League games will take place on Saturdays, tentatively scheduled to start at 11 a.m.
The field is totally handicapped accessible. It has a synthetic surface that will allow easy use of wheelchairs and walkers.
