The following comes from the superintendent of Kingsway Regional and South Harrison school districts James Lavender.
The South Harrison Township Elementary School District’s board of education recently entered into an agreement with the New Jersey School Boards Association to facilitate a new three-year strategic plan.
The strategic planning meetings will take place in the South Harrison Elementary School (904 Mullica Hill Road) cafeteria on Jan. 10, 26 and Feb. 11 (Feb. 25 snow date). All meetings are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m., with the exception of Jan. 26th, which is scheduled to begin at 9Â a.m.
The goal of the board is to conduct a strategic planning process for the purpose of defining the decisions and actions that shape and guide the future direction for the school district over the next several years. The planning process will include targeted and prioritized action steps to move the district forward.
