Teenwork Tuesday at Burlington County Library on Sept. 26

Looking for a new activity for your son or daughter? Would you like them to be part of a team?

Sign them up for Teenwork Tuesday at the Burlington County Library on Sept. 26. This event which is best for ages 13 to 18 begins at 6:30 p.m. Once a month, teens are invited to discuss topics or work on projects related to positive community change and social justice issues.

Teens who attend will earn community service hours for the time they spend in the program. This first TeenWork Tuesday will focus on a brainstorm session to set the tone for the rest of our meetings, and we will have a special guest, Kelly Behrend, coming to talk about her work as a Sustainability and Social Impact Strategist.

Registration required at http://www.bcls.lib.nj.us/calendar/teenwork-tuesday.
