Agnieszka Lapinski was named a senior associate of Gannett Fleming. Based in the firm’s Mt. Laurel office. Lapinski is a project manager and serves as the department manager for bridge and structural engineering.
With 20 years of experience, Lapinski manages the daily operations of the department and oversees transportation-related structural design and rehabilitation projects. A member of the firm’s bridge practice leadership team, her responsibilities also include quality assurance and quality control reviews of major client submissions, preparing project schedules, scopes of work, and project and task budgets, and coordinating structural design tasks with subconsultants, clients, and other engineering disciplines.

Lapinski has been involved in many high-profile projects, including serving as structural engineering task leader for final design improvements to the New Jersey Turnpike at Interchange 14A. This $250 million project is currently under construction and will relieve congestion within the interchange and the adjacent local roadway network to improve operations and safety.
Lapinski holds bachelor and master of science degrees in civil engineering, in addition to a bachelor of science in architectural engineering, all from Drexel University. She is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Active in professional societies, Lapinski is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Architectural Engineers, the American Institute of Steel Construction and the National Association of Professional Women.
A resident of Marlton, Lapinski coaches boys and girls volleyball for the Marlton Volleyball Club.
