On Feb. 24, the Moorestown Debate Team traveled to Eastern Regional High School to compete in the South Jersey Debate League championship at both the varsity and JV level. Teams of Laura Sussman/Kyle Loveland and Julia Graham/Bavish Gummadi succeeded in winning a second straight varsity title for Moorestown. JV teams Lawrence Stevens/Ethan McDevitt and Nelson Dimpter/Ryan Schweighofer fought hard for Moorestown’s fourth consecutive JV title, but lost to Eastern’s JV teams.
