Moorestown High School graduate Virginia Mattice passed away on April 14 at age 93.
Virginia lived in Medford Leas and served in the Air Force during World War II.
After graduating college, Virginia worked as librarian at the University of Alaska and Rutgers University in New Brunswick. She was survived by her brother, Bruce Slocum, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Colestown Cemetery on Cherry Hill. Please do not send flowers. Memorial contributions can be made to Medford Leas Nursing Scholarship Fund.
