Moorestown Township intends to participate in the Approved Contract №022014-FSC (Elgin Sweeper Company) for the purchase of a street sweeper through National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA). Information regarding the contract may be found on the NJPA website at www.njpacoop.org/cooperative-purchasing.
Moorestown Township, as a member of NJPA, anticipates joining Approved Contract №022014- FSC on May 22; said contract expires, pursuant to the contract NJPA has with Elgin Sweeper Company, on March 18, 2018.
It is the intent of Moorestown Township to make a contract award to Elgin Sweeper Company pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to NJPA’s request for bids.
Moorestown Township is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34–6.2(b)(3). Comments should be sent to Patricia L.
