Don’t forget to register!
Eastern HS fall athletic registration closes July 28. In order to register, you must register online with your family ID, pay the athletic participation fee or $125 by check to the main office or $129.05 through paypal, turn in updated health history and physical forms, and ensure that your student athlete has taken the ImPact Online Concussion Test. All physicals must be dated within 365 days of the start of the season.
