The Evesham Township Council announced the township will begin distribution of the 2011 Citizens Survey during the week of Oct. 10. Approximately 1,500 households were randomly and proportionately selected throughout the township to receive the survey, which asks for feedback on the quality of life in the community and the effectiveness of municipal services. The results will be tabulated in a final report that will help the township council set priorities and improvement goals in coming years.
Surveys will be either mailed or distributed directly by volunteers, including council members and other officials, to the selected households. Those not selected but wishing to participate can download the survey form from the township’s website www.evesham-nj.gov starting on Oct. 10. Surveys should be returned to the Manager’s office in the self-addressed envelope provided with the survey. They can also be deposited in the drive up tax payment drop box at the rear entrance of the municipal building (not the library book return), or scanned and emailed to [email protected].
The mayor and council wish to encourage all who receive the survey to provide take advantage of this opportunity to provide helpful input. They also wish to thank participants in advance for their time and consideration.
