Lilo’s Promise Animal Rescue is presenting a “Books for Bullies” event to benefit the animal rescue organization. The event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 15 at the Promenade at Sagemore (the former Smith and Hawken, next to Panera Bread) on Route 73 in Marlton. Representatives from the animal group will be out from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The group will host a book far, sell CDs, DVDs, autographed books from best selling authors, and delicious baked good to raise funding. Autographed editions being sold include works from Tess Gerritsen, Mary Higgins Clark, Janet Evanovich, Paula Deen and Dean Koontz, to name a few. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to purchase an autographed book from your favorite author.
Book signings by Larry Levin author of “Oogy the Dog only a Family Could Love” and Jeff Coltenback, author of “One Hour with Patrick.” Meet Oogy and many wonderful dogs for adoption. All proceeds to help homeless dogs.
