Evesham Police seek information on woman who allegedly attempted to cash fraudulent check

Police say a women allegedly produced a stolen drivers license in an attempt to cash a fraudulent check worth $8,260.

The following information is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:

On Feb. 22, Evesham Police say a female allegedly went into the Ocean First Bank, located at 741 S. Route 73, and produced a stolen drivers license in an attempt to cash a fraudulent $8,260 check.

According to police, the female then allegedly left the building and entered an Uber driven vehicle after the bank staff became suspicious of her.

A photo police have provided of the female allegedly involved in this incident.
