Louis Van Amstel will be the instructor for a class on LaBlast Dance Fitness.
Louis Van Amstel, a three-time world champion in ballroom dancing and 10-season pro of Dancing with the Stars, will be hosting a class at the Katz JCC in Cherry Hill on Sunday, Sept. 23 from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.

The class will be focused on LaBlast Dance-Fitness, a partner-free ballroom dancing exercise. All of the dances together are a true full body workout with cardio, endurance, weight training, plyometrics and interval training.
