Olivia McMullen inducted as ambassador for Live Out Loud Charity

McMullen is the first-ever ambassador from New Jersey for Live Out Loud Charity.

Cherry Hill’s Olivia McMullen is officially ready to make an impact on her community. Last Sunday, Aug. 19, McMullen was inducted as Miss Worldwide Teen New Jersey Ambassador for Live Out Loud Charity, a a nonprofit organization with a focus on preventing suicide and bullying and developing character.

McMullen, a rising sophomore at Cherry Hill High School West, is the first ambassador from New Jersey for Live Out Loud Charity. In July, The Sun sat down for an interview with McMullen, where she discussed her own struggles with depression and anxiety, why she got involved with Live Out Loud and the training classes she participated in.

Last Wednesday, McMullen was also honored at the Cherry Hill Township Council meeting for being named an ambassador. McMullen is organizing a concert pool party to benefit Live Out Loud Charity on Saturday, Sept. 9, at the Kingston Estates Swim Club. The event will be held from 1 to 4 p.m.
