Mayor Bernie Platt and Council Vice President Sarah Lipsett helped swear in board members members of the Senior Advisory Board during their regular meeting recently. The board’s chairwoman, Irene Burke, is sitting to the mayor’s right. Janice Walker-White, president of the Super Seniors Club, is seated to his left. I can’t tell who most of the other members are — I can find out for you, if need be. Sitting against the wall are Recreation Director Jim Wioland (in the olive shirt) and Asst. Director Megan Brown. Lipsett is in the back of the room, behind the Mayor.
