Cooper River Fest on Sept. 28

On Sept 28, the 20th anniversary of National Public Lands Day, volunteers all along the Cooper River watershed (Gibbsboro to Camden) will unite for the first annual Cooper River Fest. Volunteers will spend the morning in stewardship activities (clean-ups, trail tending, and nature walks) followed by a family-style picnic and meet-and-greet at Cooper River Park. This year’s theme: “Connecting Cooper Communities”.
