The Animal Welfare Association is hosting Paws and Feet 5K Race and Doggie Fun Day to benefit homeless pets on Saturday May 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Cooper River Park Stadium

The Doggie Fun Day begins at 9 a.m. on the infield of the track and is free to the general public. Bring the entire family for a fun-filled day of demonstrations, contests, kids activities, food, live music and more.
Walk-up registration for the 5K walk and run opens at 7:15 a.m. at the bleachers. There is a $30 entrance fee per person. For more information, visit www.awanj.org/5K.
