The Cherry Hill based law firm as named Jose W. Hernandez, Justin M. Cohen and Timothy G. Search as partners.
Three associate attorneys with the Law Offices of Adam M. Kotlar in Cherry Hill have been made partners at the firm.
Attorneys Jose W. Hernandez, Justin M. Cohen and Timothy G. Search will become partners in the practice, said attorney Adam M. Kotlar, who founded the firm in 1995. Kotlar hired all the attorneys as associates in 2014.
“When Jose, Justin and Tim joined the practice, they brought diverse experiences, perspectives and skill sets to what was a relatively small plaintiff personal injury and workers’ compensation practice,” Kotlar said. “But they also brought much more — heart, drive, dedication, diligence, passion and compassion. They were, and still remain, integral to our growth.”
Kotlar said the firm will announce a new name in the coming months, and will also be opening a new location. He noted that the new partnerships mark an exciting time for the firm.
“There could not be a more deserving group of professionals who remain committed to achieving the best results available for our injured clients,” he said. “Together with the rest of our great work-family team, we will continue to diligently and aggressively represent plaintiffs in workers’ compensation claims, personal injury litigation and nursing home abuse/neglect matters.”
