Voters in Delran Township went to the polls June 4 to choose candidates to run for an array of municipal and state offices in the Democratic and Republican primaries.

One seat is available for mayor and two seats are available for township council at large.

Mayor Gary Catrambone, who sought the Democratic Party’s nomination to run for another term, received 1,001 votes in the Democratic Party primary. He was running unopposed.

He will face Harry “Barnes” Hutchins,” who received 673 votes in the uncontested Republican primary.

Two people ran for the two township council at large seats in the uncontested Democratic primary. Incumbent Lynn Jeney received 972 votes and Tom Morrow received 937 votes.

They will face Cassandra R. Smith, who received 597 votes, and William J. Spych, who received 546 votes, in the uncontested Republican Primary.

The results listed here reflect what has been posted online by the Burlington County Clerk’s Office as of June 5. The results of the election will remain unofficial until they are certified.
