Delran: Primary election is Tuesday

Voters in Delran will go to the polls Tuesday to choose candidates to run for an array of municipal- and the state-level offices in the Democratic and Republican primaries.

Polling locations will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. The winners will face each other in the Nov. 5 general election.

Two seats are available for township council and one for mayor. Incumbent Gary Catrambone is running as a Democrat for another term. Tom Morrow and incumbent Lynn Jeney are running as Democrats for council.

Council President Tyler Burrell is running as a Democrat for one of the two open Burlington County commissioner seats.

Harry “Barnes” Hutchins is running as a Republican for mayor. Cassandra R. Smith and William J. Spych are Republicans vying for the two council seats.
