The closure is scheduled to take place between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Another road closure will take place on Friday near Springdale Road as the ongoing construction project in the area continues.
Cherry Hill Police announced that Morris Drive will be closed at Springdale Road on Friday between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. No turns will be possible from Springdale Road onto Morris. Morris Drive will be closed to all approaching traffic at Brian Drive. Internal neighborhood detours will be set at Heartwood Drive.
Traffic on Morris Drive will have to use Heartwood Drive to detour to either Lark Lane or Kresson Road to access Springdale Road. To access Evesham Road, motorists are asked to detour to Haddonfield-Berlin Road. After 3:30 p.m., Morris Drive and both lanes of Springdale Road are scheduled to re-open.
During weekday construction, Springdale Road northbound is currently closed. The current closures along the road are expected to continue for another two weeks. Both lanes of Springdale Road are expected to re-open around Nov. 11 at the end of the workday. After that, periodic daily closures may occur as pane striping and finishing touches are made to the road.
