The State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) provides free help to New Jersey Medicare beneficiaries who have problems with, or questions about their health insurance. Nina DeLong, from Senior Citizens United Community Services (SCUCS), will provide information and answer any questions about enrollment or appeals. Winter Waterfowl Lecture. 2-3 p.m. Moorestown Library. This presentation offers an in-depth look at the over-wintering waterfowl species occurring in New Jersey. Find out which species can be found in our Burlington County Parks in the winter months and the best places and times to look for them. Drop off your stuffed animal to the Youth Services librarians between 4-4:45pm. Your cuddly critter will spend the night with us and enjoy a fun movie, playtime and of course, bedtime stories with other stuffed animal friends. Before you go to bed, check the library’s Facebook and Instagram for an update on what your stuffed animal is up to, then check back Saturday morning for breakfast photos. Be sure to pick up your friend before 5 p.m. on Saturday and get your souvenir photo booklet so you can see all the sleepover fun. Register at www.moorestownlibrary.org.
