The Haddon Fortnightly, a civic and social organization for women of all ages, will host an open house at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, at its clubhouse.
Guests will learn from Fortnightly members about the civic and charitable work and other activities the club pursues. Their will also be a tour of the historic building where the group holds meetings and hosts social events and where the public can book rentals.
The Haddon Fortnightly is part of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, the largest civic organization of women in the world. Club meetings are held monthly from September through May, with a choice of afternoon or evening sessions.
