The Cougars boys tennis team defeated Atlantic City High School on Monday to advance to the South Jersey Group IV semifinals.
Cherry Hill High School East boys tennis won its first playoff match of the year on Monday as the №1 seeded Cougars swept past №8 seed Atlantic City High School, 5–0, at home.
The Cougars dropped just 10 games combined across all five matches yesterday. Rahul Goculdas at first singles and Elan Boyarsky at third singles each won, 6–0 6–0.
Cherry Hill East will next host №4 seeded Vineland High School at home on Thursday at 3 p.m. in the South Jersey Group IV semifinals. A win on Thursday will put the Cougars in the South Jersey Group IV championship match for the second straight year.
Cherry Hill boys volleyball to open playoffs at home
The Cherry Hill East boys volleyball team will get a home match in the opening round of the South Jersey tournament early next week.
The Cougars received the №6 seed in this year’s South Jersey boys volleyball playoffs. Cherry Hill East will host №11 seed Toms River South in the opening round. The first round of the boys volleyball playoffs is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 23
