The M. Allan Vogelson Regional Branch of the Camden County library will host three Saturday seminars presented by wellness counselor 1st Comes Health called “How to Put Your Health First and Stress Less on the Job.”
The free session will be Dec. 16, all from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The host will be Barbara Ann Johnson-Stokes of Cherry Hill, a lawyer and Integrative Nutrition Health coach. She wants “to influence people to put their health first through the use of (the) Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), its wellness principles and health coaching.”
