Kimberly Rice, president and chief strategist of KLA Marketing Associates and founder of the Women in the Law Rainmaker Forum, recently presented a program entitled “Developing a Prosperous Practice While Navigating Ethical Concerns” for Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers.
Rice, a Cherry Hill resident, led the interactive session, which focused on how to develop the imperative marketing mindset, how to use effective communication techniques for attracting and retaining clients while complying with the Pennsylvania rules for professional conduct.
Other topics discussed which are integral to building a prosperous business/career included how to grow your practice via the art of effective networking and leveraging social media platforms and other relationship-building techniques, all key components to building a successful career in the law.
