FORE Samaritan: Golf outing raises more than $205,000

All funds raised will support the organization’s comprehensive family of services

Special to The Sun: Samaritan President and CEO Phillip W. Heath greets golfers at the 2023 Drive FORE! A Good Cause tournament golfers alongside the Phillie Phanatic at Little Mill Country Club.

Samaritan’s 33rd annual golf tournament raised more than $205,000 and greater awareness for the essential services the organization provides in home-based primary and hospice care.

All funds raised by Drive FORE! A Good Cause – sponsored by the Richardson Family Dealerships, will support the organization’s comprehensive family of services.

“Our Drive FORE! A Good Cause golf tournament continues to support Samaritan’s continuum of life-enhancing care and above and beyond services,” said Phillip W. Heath, president and CEO of the organization.

Heath thanked all those who made the fundraiser possible, including volunteers and Samaritan’s golf committee, led by co-chairs Cliff Mancine and Roy Fazio.

“Your support and commitment year after year allows us to provide expert care and compassion to over 11,000 patients and their families annually throughout the South Jersey region,” he acknowledged.
