Two vehicle collision causes one vehicle to crash into a closed doctor’s office

Both drivers were taken to local hospitals with reported minor injuries.

Special to The Sun/The Sun: One vehicle crashed into a closed doctor’s office on Dec. 22 as the result of a two-car collision.

The following release is according to the Gloucester Township Police Department.

On Dec. 22, 2021 at approximately 8:53 p.m., Gloucester Township Police were dispatched to the Black Horse Pike, State Highway Route 168 in the area of Hillcrest Ave. for a multi vehicle crash with a vehicle into a building. There were reported injuries. 

Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services arrived and located two heavily damaged vehicles, one of the vehicles crashed through the wall of a doctor’s office. 

Both drivers were taken to local hospitals with reported minor injuries.  

The Black Horse Pike was closed between Frankford Ave. and Elaine Ave. for approximately one hour during the investigation.  

The Gloucester Township Building Inspector deemed the structure of the building was stable and repairs were started. 

The motor vehicle crash is currently under investigation by the Gloucester Township Police Traffic Safety Unit.
