COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics are now available to the community for children 5 to 11 years old and 12 years old and up. You do not have to attend Cherry Hill Public Schools to participate in this COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic.

All participants must print out the COVID-19 Vaccine Informed Consent form, available online in English and in Spanish at https://www.chclc.org/ and bring it with them to the vaccine clinic.  On Saturday Dec. 4, COVID-19 vaccines will be offered to 5–11-year-olds only from 9 a.m. to noon and 12 years & up from noon to 2 p.m. at the Cherry Hill High School East Cafe #1, 1750 Kresson Road Cherry Hill.

Walk-ins accepted at the door.   Anyone under 18 years of age must have a legal guardian present to receive the vaccine.  In addition to the 1st dosage of the COVID-19 vaccine, anyone that is eligible and in need of 2nd, 3rd, or booster shots are welcome to this event.  All vaccine options will be available.  Please attend your age group’s scheduled time to ensure that you are receiving the proper vaccine dosage.

For questions about the clinic, please contact the vaccine administrator, Anthony Minniti, and his team at Bell Rexall Pharmacy at (856) 963-4742.
