The Norman’s Hallmark at The Court at Deptford is one of the chain’s new full-format stores

Norman’s Hallmark, the nation’s largest independent owner of Gold Crown Hallmark stores, is now open at The Court at Deptford, located at 1500 Almonesson Road in Deptford.

The Norman’s Hallmark at The Court at Deptford is one of the chain’s new full-format stores, and features an extensive selection of card and gift items in a modern and inviting shopping environment, according to Howard Henschel, Norman’s Hallmark president and chief executive officer.

“Shoppers who previously visited the Hallmark store at this location now will find a fully modernized, brand-new Norman’s Hallmark that’s fresh, inviting and simply a wonderful place in which to shop,” Henschel said. “News that we were opening at this location was met with an overwhelmingly positive response, and we are excited to bring one of our full-format stores to the community just in time for the holiday season.”

The card and specialty gift retailer occupies space at the shopping center that previously housed a Hallmark Gold Crown store.

Norman’s Hallmark is adding to its growing team at this location. Current hiring needs include part-time sales leaders/associates. For more information on current job opportunities, visit normanshallmark.com/pages/career-opportunities.

Norman’s offers a full line of Hallmark products, cards for every occasion and Keepsake Ornaments, along with a diverse merchandise selection that includes fashion and fashion accessories, books, stationery, games, home décor, specialty candy and gourmet foods. The company maintains thriving supplier partnerships with household-name brands like Vera Bradley, Brumate, Lenox, Yankee Candle, Life is Good, Willow Tree, Squishmallows, PuraVida and Godiva, among many others.

Family-owned Norman’s Hallmark currently operates nearly 70 locations. With roots dating back more than 80 years, Norman’s Hallmark has grown from a single retail store in Trenton, N.J., to a leading force in the social expression industry. The Newtown, Pa.-based company continues to grow its brick-and-mortar footprint throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and recently expanded into Delaware and northern Maryland; it also maintains a strong ecommerce presence.
