Reminder: Mobile311 available to residents

Berlin Borough residents can use Mobile311 to report problems in the community specifically for the department of public works, such as potholes

Berlin Borough’s Mobile 311 website allows Borough residents to communicate electronically with the public works department regarding non-emergency request and concerns. Citizens can access the site from any computer, phone or tablet at http://berlin.mobile311.com.

Citizens can create an account, log in and report issues to the Berlin Borough Department of Public Works. Issues are automatically converted to work requests and routed to public works. Citizens and Berlin Borough employees can attach photos and notes to their requests as well. Users can track the status of their requests and view comments in response to their request.

The purpose of this application is to notify the Borough of Berlin Department of Public Works of non-emergency pothole repairs, field and playground issues, streets and signs, sanitation/recycling, and snow removal.
