In recognition of an increased need for access to mental health services and an ongoing commitment to creating a healthy learning environment, Y.A.L.E. School NJ, located in Cherry Hill, and Y.A.L.E. School Philadelphia have partnered with Care Solace to better connect families, students and staff with reliable and quality mental health referrals.

A free, confidential and voluntary online resource, Care Solace provides expert help in navigating the mental health care system. Care Solace’s navigation system taps its vast database of mental health resources to quickly find carefully vetted therapists and programs in a family’s community, matched to meet specific needs. Counseling services include in-person, online or tele-therapy options for parents, students at all grade levels and Y.A.L.E. staff.

Individuals will have access to an around-the-clock Care Concierge team who will help guide them through processes related to insurance, provider availability, wait times and scheduling. Care Concierge professionals are available 24/7 by phone, email, text or video chat, in any language.

“Y.A.L.E School NJ fosters a culture that promotes the health, safety and well-being of students, parents and staff,” said Karen Huber, Y.A.L.E. School NJ Clinical Supervisor. “To support this culture, we have partnered with Care Solace to help ‘calm the chaos’ that can often accompany mental healthcare coordination.”

Care Solace is not an emergency response service or mental health services provider. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, individuals should call 9–1–1 or an appropriate hotline. For more information about Care Solace, please visit home.caresolace.com.
