Haddonfield Wrestling announces an opportunity for local wrestlers to train with the best coaches and wrestlers at the Dawg Pound Summer Wrestling Camp from July 15 to 19 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Haddonfield Memorial High School.
The camp is open to all wrestlers in the community between the ages of 7 to 13.
Director of the camp, Mike Lamb, is a member of South Jersey Wrestling Hall of Fame, Division I wrestler at the University of North Carolina, two-time National Coach of the Year, and has coached 42 All-American wrestlers.
“Our goal is provide the wrestlers with a solid foundation for next season and beyond by reviewing basic core techniques, strategies and training routines in a fun competitive summer camp atmosphere,” Lamb said. “We will be using a lot of the same practice plans that I use with my All-Americans.”
The cost of the camp is $150 per wrestler with a special family price of $225 per family.
All participants will receive a free Dawg Pound Camp T-shirt as well as daily sports drink and snacks.
