Obituary: Edward Nicholas “Nick” Miller

Nick Miller, longtime Haddonfield resident, died on March 10 at the age of 79. 

He was the beloved husband for 53 years of Sally Ann (nee Landgraf), loving father of Debra (Stephen) Potucek of Burlington Township, David of Barrington, Barbara Jean Kelly of Haddonfield and John Andrew of Haddon Township, the treasured grandfather of Kaitlyn and Tyler Potucek, William Nicholas Kelly, Dean and Madeline Miller; cherished son of Blanche and the late Edward S. Miller, as well as the dear brother of William. 

Nick proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a Systems Analyst for RCA and a few other local companies before creating his own company, Business Computing Professional. After retiring, he worked at Wegmans to keep busy.  Nick was a devoted family man who loved his wife, children and absolutely adored his grandchildren. He passed his deep love of the sand and waters of Ocean City, N.J. onto his children and grandchildren. 

Nick’s services were to be held on March 15 from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church, 200 Windsor Avenue. His Funeral Mass was to follow.   Interment was to be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Nick may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, Okla. 73123 (www.cancer.org).
