Mantua Township and the Recreation Committee are providing more than 150 resident senior citizens with meals.Â
Due to COVID-19, the township’s on-site senior dinners have been cancelled. Organizers have developed an alternative, and are delivering the meals directly to seniors’ front door steps.Â
Recently on hand to assist with loading the township buses and to provide support were Deputy Mayor Bob Zimmerman and Committeeman John Legge. A special thank you to Deputy Municipal Clerk Pam Levine, the bus drivers, and the wonderful volunteer recreation committee members.Â
