Gloucester County reports 13 new COVID-19 cases on June 12

According to figures from Gloucester County, 4.9 percent of COVID-19 tests processed in the last 24 hours came back positive.

The number of new COVID-19 cases dropped for a third straight day in Gloucester County on June 12 as health officials reported 13 new cases.

According to figures provided by Gloucester County, a total of 263 tests were processed over the last 24 hours. Out of those, 13 were positive and 250 were negative, for a positivity of 4.9 percent.

Here is a breakdown of the 13 new cases by municipality:

  • Clayton – 2
  • Deptford – 2
  • East Greenwich – 2
  • Mantua – 1
  • Washington Twp. – 2
  • West Deptford – 2
  • Woolwich – 2

Gloucester County reported one new death of a resident ill with COVID-19. The resident was a 56-year-old man from West Deptford.
