Gloucester County confirms 64 new positive COVID-19 cases over weekend

The county confirmed 31 new cases on Saturday and 33 on Sunday, bringing the county's total to 251 since the pandemic began.

A total of 64 new positive COVID-19 cases were confirmed this past weekend in Gloucester County, bringing the county’s total to 251 entering Monday.

On Saturday, Gloucester County confirmed the following positive cases:

  • A 45-year-old male from Monroe Township
  • A 72-year-old female from West Deptford
  • A 10-month-old female from Washington Township
  • A 38-year-old female from West Deptford
  • A 66-year-old female from Washington Township
  • A 21-year-old male from Washington Township
  • A 42-year-old female from Deptford
  • A 42-year-old female from East Greenwich
  • A 37-year-old male from Washington Township
  • A 35-year-old male from Washington Township
  • A 50-year-old female from East Greenwich
  • A 66-year-old male from Deptford
  • A 55-year-old male from Mantua
  • A 54-year-old male from West Deptford
  • A 52-year-old female from East Greenwich
  • A 56-year-old female from West Deptford
  • A 26-year-old male from Glassboro
  • A 55-year-old female from Deptford
  • A 72-year-old male from Mantua
  • A 59-year-old male from Deptford

The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had.

Most people with mild symptoms do not need to be tested. It is important to stay home and isolate from others while sick.
