Harrison Township will host its inaugural Sip, Savor and Social on Main on Friday May 31 from 4 to 9 p.m.
The event will transform Main Street into a hub for residents and visitors to partake in local libations, food and live music. It is the kickoff to Harrison Township Day on Saturday and is sponsored by the Mullica Hill Business Association.
Stops will include the Corner on Main, featuring Swedesboro Brewing Co., Independent Spirits Distillery and DiBella Winery; the Courtyard, featuring the Big Swig, craft beverages and a built-in photo booth; The Tasting Room on Main, with Kennedy Cellars; and other wine sourced globally and crafted in South Jersey.
Food trucks will include the Walking Taco Co., Keeks Touch, the Bistro Society, and Frio’s Gourmet Pops. Live music will be provided by Double G, an acoustic guitar duo; Stephanie Owens, a local musician who puts her own spin on hits from past and present; and Maxwell & the Cats, a cover rock band.
“We are thrilled to introduce Sip, Savor and Social on Main as part of our efforts to enhance community engagement and celebrate the wonderful offerings of our local businesses,” said Mayor Louis Manzo. “This event is a fantastic opportunity for residents and visitors to come together, enjoy great food and drinks and create lasting memories.”
