County begins resurfacing work on Burlington-Bustleton Road in Florence

Burlington County is starting resurfacing sections of Burlington-Bustleton Road this week as part of its State Funded Overlay Program.

Pavement milling and overlay work on a 1.4-mile section of the highway, also known as County Route 661, from the Burlington Township border to Court Route 660.

Work was scheduled to begin on Nov. 20. It is expected to take about two weeks to complete.

Traffic will be maintained through the work areas, but motorists using the road will likely experience delays and are advised to seek alternative routes.
