Pipe cleaning to close Good Intent Road in Gloucester Township

The project will close Good Intent Road between Clementon Avenue and West Church Street between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Commissioner Al Dyer, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works, has been notified by Gloucester Township MUA that crews will be cleaning and televising a sanitary sewer pipe on Good Intent Road on Monday, Aug. 16. The project will close Good Intent Road between Clementon Avenue and West Church Street between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

“Any time a roadway is closed to traffic, motorists should expect possible delays and congestion in the surrounding area,” Dyer said. “Always remain extra vigilant when driving through or around active road crews. Be on the lookout for sudden stops, construction vehicles, and any debris that may end up in the roadway.”

A posted detour route will guide motorists around the impacted area. Scheduling and project timing are dependent on weather and may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
