Father and son duo arrested in Voorhees bank robbery

A father and son have been arrested in connection with a Fulton Bank robbery that occurred on April 26, 2021, in Voorhees Township, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Voorhees Township Police Chief Louis Bordi.
Jermaine Johnson, 43, of Haddonfield, was arrested by the US Marshals NY/NJ Fugitive Task Force at a residence on the Unit block of Linden Ave. on May 18, 2021. He has been charged with 1st degree robbery and weapons offenses. He is currently in the Camden County Jail awaiting trial.
Safeek Johnson, 23, of Philadelphia, was arrested today by the US Marshals NY/NJ Fugitive Task Force at the intersection of Rockland Rd. and Old York Road in Philadelphia. He was in possession of a handgun at the time of his arrest. He is also charged with 1st degree robbery and weapons offenses in connection with the bank robbery. He is currently detained in Philadelphia pending extradition.
On April 26, 2021, police responded to the Fulton Bank on Haddonfield-Berlin Rd for a report of an armed robbery. The teller told police a man entered the bank around 11:06 a.m. armed with a handgun and went into the vault area. The man left the bank with a large amount of cash from the vault. Surveillance photos showed the man wearing black and white New Balance sneakers, black pants with two thin, white stripes down the sides, a black camo hoodie, and a tan backpack.
