Black Horse Pike Regional School District to fill open board seat

Interested residents must submit letter of interest by Friday, Jan. 15

The Black Horse Pike Regional School District Board of Education is looking to fill a current vacancy on its board for a seat representing Gloucester Township. The board will be interviewing candidates at its regularly scheduled board meeting Thursday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m.

The seat had previously belonged to Dawn Leary, according to Superintendent of Schools Brian Repici. Whomever fills the vacancy, as selected by the board, will serve through the board’s January 2022 reorganization date, according to a release by the school district. The chosen candidate will be eligible to run to retain the seat if they would like.

Individuals interested in applying for the opening should submit a letter of interest by Jan. 15 to:
