County sees more than 300 cases of COVID-19 in daily count

This brings the aggregate number of confirmed positive cases to 16,218 in Camden County today.

The Camden County Department of Health is announcing 334 additional confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Camden County. This brings the aggregate number of confirmed positive cases to 16,218 in Camden County today and 588 total fatalities.

“There’s only one way to slow the spread of this virus. We need to minimize our contact with others, achieve universal mask wearing and continue social distancing,” said Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. “We aren’t seeing any signs of this surge slowing down. Our daily average of new cases over the last week is higher than it’s ever been, even with yesterday’s relatively low caseload. Unfortunately, that means that nothing has changed with regards to the coming holiday. The only way to protect your friends and loved ones is to limit this year’s Thanksgiving celebrations to the members of your household.”

The Department of Health is announcing 334 additional positive cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) identified in Camden County. Trace investigations are being facilitated with the patients and remain ongoing.
