Two more deaths, 48 new positive COVID-19 cases in Gloucester County for April 22

Gloucester County now has 33 confirmed COVID-19 deaths and 851 positive cases.

A 65-year-old man and a 72-year-old man are the latest Gloucester County residents that have died as a result of COVID-19, according to Gloucester County health officials.

As of Wednesday, April 22, 3,705 total tests have been conducted. Of these cases, 851 have come back positive, 2,821 have come back negative and 33 are pending.

Gloucester County reported 48 new positive COVID-19 cases on April 22. The number of new cases by municipality is as follows:

  • Deptford – 12
  • East Greenwich – 3
  • Franklin Township – 6
  • Glassboro – 1
  • Harrison Township – 2
  • Logan – 2
  • Mantua – 2
  • Monroe Township – 5
  • Paulsboro – 1
  • Washington Township – 7
  • West Deptford – 2
  • Westville – 2
  • Woodbury – 1
  • Woolwich – 2
